So lets cover improvement in two of them. You don’t even need any equipment, because you can trick your body into believing that you’re lifting more weight.
People can be using just their body, and by being very forceful, and squeezing, and going slower, they can get light headed. This means, you can do 10-20 sets of dead-lifts and or squats, and be sweating and feel pain, which is good, because no pain no gain.
