Barbell Squat: 5 Warmup Sets and Then Do Ten Sets of 3-5 Reps.
Standing Overhead Press: 5 Warmup Sets and then ten sets of 3-5 Reps.
These can be dangerous, I recommend you watch form Videos by Riptoe on YouTube, or get his book starting strength, the first four chapters are very detailed on the Big Four Main lifts.
You can buy a Cap Squat Rack on Amazon for not much more than 120. This Rack is rated for 300 pounds and has a Chinup bar, if you buy it and use it 5 times a week with good form you will have good results.
If you don’t mind spending a lot more, buy this stuff at rogue fitness online, just be aware, plates taller than steel 25s might hit the surface in your room when you’re doing overhead press.
